Zulfiqar Group provides Hajj, Umrah, and worldwide travel services including but not limited to visa processing, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transport, and guided tours. All services are subject to availability and terms set by third-party providers.

2. Bookings & Payments

A valid booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Prices are quoted in PKR unless stated otherwise. Zulfiqar Group reserves the right to modify prices due to currency fluctuations or changes in supplier costs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package type and supplier. Please refer to your specific package agreement for details. Zulfiqar Group is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all bookings. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations) are valid and up to date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zulfiqar Group acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of third-party airlines, hotels, transport operators, or government authorities.
